Mr. Gregg Ribatt
Director & Chief Executive Officer
Director Since January 2014
Gregg Ribatt was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Collective Brands Performance + Lifestyle Group (formerly, The Stride Rite Corporation), from January 2008 to January 2013. The Performance & Lifestyle Group included the Sperry Top-Sider, Saucony, Keds and Stride Rite brands. Before joining Collective Brands, Mr. Ribatt served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Stuart Weitzman Holdings LLC. Mr. Ribatt's prior experience also includes thirteen years with Bennett Footwear Group, where he was Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. Bennett was a leading women's fashion footwear company, which included the Franco Sarto, Via Spiga, and Etienne Aigner brands. Mr. Ribatt holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Chicago.

Thomas Smach
Chairman
Thomas Smach has served as a member of our board of directors since April 2005 and stepped into the role of Chairman in late 2010. Mr. Smach is a founder and partner of Riverwood Capital Management. From Janury 2005 to June 2008, Mr. Smach served as the Chief Financial Officer of Flextronics, Inc. April 2000 until December 2004, he served as Senior Vice President, Finance of Flextronics. From 1997 to April 2000, he served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of The Dii Group, Inc. Mr. Smach is a certified public accountant and serves on the board of directors of ADVA AG Optical Networking.

Ian Bickley
Ian Bickley brings more than 25 years of global retail and brand building experience to Crocs’ board. Since joining Coach in 1993, he has been an important architect in the development and execution of the company’s international businesses, both through direct retail, wholesale and distributor-run businesses. He has also overseen the development of all new and emerging markets globally for the brand. Prior to his current position, Bickley was president of Coach International from 2007 to 2013. From 2001 to 2006, He served as president of Coach Japan, Inc.

Ronald Frasch
Ronald Frasch has served as Vice Chairman and Chief Merchant of Saks Fifth Avenue, a division of Saks, Incorporated, since November 2004. From January 2004 to November 2004, Mr. Frasch was employed by Saks in a non-executive capacity. From April 2000 to January 2004, Mr. Frasch served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bergdorf Goodman (a subsidiary of Neiman Marcus Group, Inc.) and served as President of GFT North America (a subsidiary of Gruppo GFT, based in Turin, Italy, a global producer, marketer and distributor of fine men’s and women’s clothing, sportswear and furnishings) from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Frasch also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Escada USA from 1994 to 1996.

Mr. Prakash Melwani
Director Since January 2014
Prakash Melwani is a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone. He is Chief Investment Officer of Blackstone's Private Equity Group and chairs each of its Investment Committees. Mr. Melwani serves as a director of Acushnet Company, Kosmos Energy, Performance Food Group, Pinnacle Foods, RGIS Inventory Specialists, and Blackstone strategic partner, Patria. Mr. Melwani received a First Class Honors degree in Economics from Cambridge University, England, and an M.B.A. with High Distinction from the Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar and a Loeb Rhodes Fellow.

Doreen Wright
Doreen Wright has served as a member of our board of directors since June 2011. Since 2008, Ms. Wright has been retired, having served previously as Campbell Soup Company’s Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer from 2001 until her retirement. Prior to joining Campbell Soup Company, she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Nabisco from 1999 to 2001. From 1995 through 1998, Ms. Wright was Senior Vice President, Operations and System for Prudential Insurance Company’s Prudential Investment Group. Additionally, Ms. Wright brings prior board experience as a current member of the Board of Directors of the Dean Foods Company, Citadel Broadcasting Corporation, and New Hope Arts, Inc.

Jason Giordano
Director Since January 2015

Jason Giordano is a Managing Director at Blackstone. Since joining Blackstone in 2006, Giordano has been involved in the execution of Blackstone’s investments in Crocs, Pinnacle Foods, Birds Eye Foods, Wishbone, Outerstuff, Polymer Group, Fiberweb, and Providenica, and in analyzing investment opportunities across various industries, including Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, Education, Paper & Packaging, Chemicals and Industrials.
