On Monday, September 16, Dale Bathum, Crocs' chief product officer, was awarded the Gold Stevie for Product Development/Management Executive of the Year by the American Business Awards. The company's focus on innovation was honored on Friday, September 20, as Consumer Goods Technology (CGT) named Crocs Innovative Company of the Year during the annual CGT Consumer Goods Growth & Innovation Forum.
