Sara Hoverstock serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Crocs, Inc. where she oversees all legal matters for the Enterprise and manages a team of 20 attorneys globally. Ms. Hoverstock joined Crocs, Inc. in 2005. During her tenure, she spent three years in Singapore where she built out the company’s Asia legal department, oversaw all legal affairs for the APAC/Middle East regions and closely managed the company’s global IP portfolio. In 2024, she was promoted to General Counsel. Ms. Hoverstock received her Bachelor's degree and J.D. from University of Colorado Boulder.
