CROCS, INC. FILES REGISTRATION STATEMENT
NIWOT, COLORADO – May 25, 2006 – Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX) announced today that it filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an underwritten public secondary offering of shares of common stock held by Crocs, Inc. stockholders. Crocs, Inc. not receive any proceeds from the sale of these shares. Piper Jaffray & Co. and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC will be joint book-running managers for the offering.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
