CROCS, Inc. Brings Comfort and Style to the Hospital Floor with New Crocs™ Work Shoe Models Designed Without Holes to Meet Workplace Dress Code Compliance Standards
Niwot, Colo., September 17, 2007 – Doctors, nurses and other hospital workers spend hours on their feet serving patients, making comfortable, durable shoes worn on the job an absolute necessity. Luckily, Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX) recently introduced two new shoe models specifically designed without holes to meet stringent workplace dress code requirements – the Specialist and the Specialist Vent from the Crocs™ Work line.
The Specialist and Specialist Vent offer professional styling and ultimate comfort in workplace footwear with a closed heel and toe design, a thicker metatarsal area to help protect the top of the foot, a supportive arch, and footbed circulation nubs to ensure all-day comfort. Crocs’ proprietary Croslite™ material conforms to the foot creating a custom fit, and the loose fit of the shoes allows the foot to bend and expand naturally to reduce fatigue. The Specialist and Specialist Vent – like many other Crocs™ shoe models, including the popular Cayman and the Beach – are odor and bacteria resistant, and can be cleaned with soap and water.
The Specialist and Specialist Vent are available in eight colors, including white – ideal for hospital settings – black, chocolate, khaki, navy, sea blue, light blue and fuchsia.
