Ocean Minded Introduces Croslite™ Material into Select Products at the Action Sports Retailer Show in September

Limited Apparel Line Also Showcased at Newly Designed Booth

San Clemente, CA – September 7, 2007 – Ocean Minded, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX), today announced the use of Crocs’ proprietary closed cell resin Croslite™ material in the footbeds of select Ocean Minded ™ products. Retailers can view the new line up of products, which will be available to consumers in Spring/Summer 2008, at Ocean Minded’s newly designed booth #919 at the Action Sports Retailer (ASR) show in San Diego from September 7-9, 2007.

The first Ocean Minded ™ product to incorporate the Croslite™ material will be the Seaweed (MSRP $35) for Men and the Omega (MSRP $45) for Women. Available in Spring 2008, the Seaweed and the Omega will join a legacy of high-quality products including the Mokulua, an Ocean Minded tradition for more than 11 years.

In addition to the introduction of the Spring/Summer ’08 line of footwear, Ocean Minded will debut a limited line of apparel. The collection will include men’s and women’s t-shirts (MSRP $24.99), all constructed with 100% organic cotton and eco-friendly water-based inks.

The new Ocean Minded tradeshow booth features beautiful imagery of the company’s sponsored athletes. A revolving slideshow illustrates the fragile state of our oceans and beaches, Ocean Minded beach clean-ups and lifestyle images.

The Ocean Minded™ brand was acquired by Crocs, Inc. in 2007. Today, Ocean Minded operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Crocs, Inc. and its founders continue to live the Ocean Minded lifestyle by actively leading beach clean-ups, and supporting and educating customers on the importance of leaving the ocean and all waterways in better condition then when they were found.
