Meeting follows record setting 1st quarter and celebrates the future

Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX) wrapped up its inaugural global sales meeting in
Denver, Colo. Crocs employees from more than 50 countries attended the
2012 sales meeting to preview next season's new product offerings,
fortify the company's forward momentum over the past 18 months and to
kick off Crocs' 10th anniversary.
The meeting's theme, "10+, Let's Make History Again," highlighted the
company's heritage, while focusing on the company's future. These themes
were echoed by the meeting's keynote speaker, Scott Bedbury, a former
marketing executive for Starbucks and Nike and author of A New Brand
World; 8 Principles for Achieving Brand Leadership in the 21st Century.

Bedbury. "The next year will be a time of opportunity and expansion if
