Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX) today announced that it has named Andy
Sackmann as chief marketing officer. Sackmann will be responsible for
leading all aspects of Crocs’ marketing including the company’s brand,
advertising, consumer promotions, and online communications campaigns.

Sackmann joined Crocs as vice president of marketing in June 2011. In
that role, Sackmann also spearheaded the global e-commerce team that
supported regional business generating an excess of $100M in
revenue across 22 international e-commerce sites. He led the creation of
an internal analytics team and standardized data methodology to drive
results based changes throughout the e-commerce business. In the
traditional marketing space, he worked closely with the regional and
corporate marketing teams to connect, define and extend the Crocs brand
vision and position to consumers around the globe.
Prior to joining Crocs, Sackmann served as account director at Crispin
Porter & Bogusky (CP+B). While at CP+B, Sackmann established himself as
a top digital strategist through digital planning and development for
global campaigns, as well as digital strategy for Best Buy and American
Express.
